Chineyenwa Okoro Onu is a passionate advocate who believes that with an intentional attitude of innovation and creative problem-solving, the naturally rich African continent would evolve for the better.
As part of finding new solutions and synergies for Africa’s development, Chineyenwa has successfully founded and led 3 organizations that build up cohorts of innovation-oriented people. Over the past 8 years, she has actively spearheaded in diverse ways, the vision of creating credible and sustainable entrepreneurs across the African continent.
She is currently, the Vice President and Managing Director of Wyetey Group; the most dynamic African conglomerate that envisions a self-reliant Africa. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Waste or Creates Hub as well as the Co-founder and Partner of Startup Africa Network. Her focus over the last 8 years has been geared towards satisfying the unmet market needs in Africa; by supporting businesses and change-driven people to become the leading light of innovative and sustainable solutions for environmental and economic development.
Her geographical business understanding spans sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. She was honoured with the ANZISHA PRIZE AWARD in 2014. In 2017, she was inducted into the ROYAL COMMONWEALTH FELLOWSHIP. She was also quoted on CNN as one of the 12 most brilliant African entrepreneurs under 22 in 2014. She has been featured on ‘How We Made it in Africa’, CCTV Africa and Aljazeera. Chineyenwa was recently made Africa’s First Female Facilitator for Techstars Startup Weekend Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs. She won the West African Youth Forum Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 and got inducted into The Global Shaper Accra Hub; an initiative of the World Economic Forum in 2019.
In November 2018, she hosted The Prince of Wales to an environmental exhibition showcasing the possibilities of environmental sustainability, unitizing repurposing of waste materials and got awarded UN Environment World Environmental Day Hero 2019. In 2020, Chineyenwa was the World Economic Forum Speaker for Trillion Tree Challenge and was also a contributor to the Davos Agenda 2021.Chineyenwa’s drive for innovation, design thinking and STEAM has shaped her understanding of the need for vested approaches to proffer change in Africa. As a passionate futurist, she is consistently contributing her quota to creating a sustainable world for generations yet unborn.
He is a services industry veteran with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes worldwide operations, delivery, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and integration, as well as sales and business development.
He is responsible for all delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and information technology. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments – enabling growth.
Prior to joining Integrio, he spent 20+ years at Inmosys, where he held a wide range of global leadership roles, from services to products, and across operations and sales. Most recently, he was SVP & Global Head of the Manufacturing business, as well as a board member of their software subsidiary. He is also an avid cook and history buff. You can find him dining late at night with the chefs of the hotels where he stays during his travels, or reading in his home library.
