Personal Experience

Koffi is a people person; he has a genuine concern for the holistic wellbeing of humans. He believes that humanness can drive development and growth for both individuals and businesses. He has designed a methodology practice that utilizes history, knowledge, experiences, and realities to solve problems in both private and public work settings. He believes that humanizing pedagogies is central to the full personhood of people and businesses; as critical thinkers with the ability to grow in their social worlds and business goals. Koffi facilitates these processes through: Reality Check Sessions, Purposeful Venting, Readiness Dilemma, Growth Strategy Sessions, All Cards on Deck Management Sessions, Emotional Intelligence, and Mind Evaluation. 

Koffi is an ardent people enabler with proven fundraising and fruitful partnership-building abilities for startups and scaled growth businesses; to fully optimize their operations and realize their corporate and societal goals. He is described as a strategist who builds bridges through the careful harnessing of organizational resources and meaningful collaboration with clients and partners to generate workable actions towards a common goal.  He is a leading light in empowering the next generation of mavericks. He has built an admirable career with major industry players and large multinational companies across Africa, Europe, North America.  

Mr. Assouan ensures that policies and procedures are robust enough to provide businesses and individuals detailed information for decision making; from the seed of an idea to the final product. He is keen on setting SMART goals for personal and organizational development as well as protecting and promoting the original products of SMEs and MSMEs. He has over a decade track expertise in sectors such as; education, community development, nonprofit and philanthropy. He provides positive brand equity for companies such as Coca-Cola, Chevron, JBC’s new African practice and manages a $50M+ portfolio of programs and partnerships. 

Koffi Assouan, a fluently bilingual English/French is a Canadian National from a West African descent. Being an African savant, he seeks to enable, accelerate and empower his people. Africa is the fastest-growing continent in the world with millions of young people in the job market. This has inspired him to create, contribute and support the need for an inclusive and sustainable connection for young people to learn, lead and prosper. Koffi as an Honorary Anzisha Fellow inspires young Africans with leadership potential to pursue and succeed in entrepreneurship. He has worked with high-caliber individuals in various organizations such as Mastercard Foundation, the third-largest private foundation in the world, to drive the strategy, policies, and programming for sustainable development. Koffi appreciates humility, respect for others, genuine intellectual curiosity, generosity, diversity, and inclusion. Mr. Assouan is happily married and a proud dad of three amazing children.

Early Years

He is a services industry veteran with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes worldwide operations, delivery, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and integration, as well as sales and business development.

He is responsible for all delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and information technology. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments – enabling growth.

Career Guidelines

Prior to joining Integrio, he spent 20+ years at Inmosys, where he held a wide range of global leadership roles, from services to products, and across operations and sales. Most recently, he was SVP & Global Head of the Manufacturing business, as well as a board member of their software subsidiary. He is also an avid cook and history buff. You can find him dining late at night with the chefs of the hotels where he stays during his travels, or reading in his home library.
